Quality Inspector Metrology Technician (m/f/d)

Role:
Creation and optimisation of measurement programmes on 3D coordinate measuring machines as well as form and position tolerance devices
Execution of measurements including surface and form inspections
Conducting crack tests on the magnetic testing bench
Creation of test plans and initial sample inspection reports
Analysis of test results including release, blocking, or rejection of parts
Initiation, documentation, and follow-up of corrective actions
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Completed training in the machining sector (polymechanic, machining mechanic or similar)
Several years of experience in quality inspection / metrology
Confident handling of 3D CMM (Mitutoyo, Hexagon)
Knowledge in form and position tolerance measurement as well as surface inspection
Experience with non-destructive testing methods (magnetic particle inspection)
Experience in EMPB creation and test planning
Confident handling of technical drawings, tolerances, and ISO-GPS
