You are responsible for:
- independently managing your station
- the fresh production of mise en place and dishes
- timely and high-quality preparation of market-fresh dishes during service
- active assistance in the brigade
- control and compliance with HACCP regulations
You love cooking from scratch with fresh products and are well acquainted with food. As a team player, you appreciate your colleagues and take pleasure in your performance and the satisfaction of the guests.
