Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Bar 37 Manager, you will participate in the preparation of drinks and the smooth running of the bar. As a Bar Attendant, you contribute to creating an elegant, personalised, and memorable experience. Your daily tasks will be as follows:

• Ensure the setup and maintenance of the offices and workspaces;
• Participate in the preparation of cocktails and drinks according to the establishment's recipes and standards;
• Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and tidiness of the bar equipment and furniture;
• Ensure the bar is stocked and the necessary products are set up for service;
• Participate in stock management and inventory taking;
• Ensure clearing, cleaning, and restoring the spaces after service;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety standards, and current procedures;
• Participate in the preparation and development of the bar menus;
• Contribute to the quality of welcome and customer satisfaction through a professional, discreet, and attentive attitude;

Qualifications

PROFILE SOUGHT

• Experience: You hold a diploma in hospitality and catering and ideally have some experience in a bar within a 5-star or Palace establishment.
• Personality: Passionate about the bar world, you wish to develop your skills in mixology and deepen your knowledge of drinks and classic cocktails.
• Languages: You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Availability: As soon as possible.
