What is my role?

• Assembly of opto-electronic and fine mechanical assemblies and components according to technical drawings, work instructions and parts lists

• Precise adjustment and alignment of optical components while adhering to specified tolerances

• Wiring, soldering and assembling cables and connectors

• Carrying out functional, visual and quality checks as well as documenting work steps and test results

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our assembly processes

• Adhering to our quality, safety and cleanliness standards

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical or craft training related to fine mechanics, electronics, optics or a comparable field

• Strong manual dexterity and enjoyment of precise, fine mechanical work

• Experience in assembling small, delicate or precise components as well as in soldering, wiring or cable assembly is an advantage

• Technical understanding and ability to read technical drawings

• Experience with measuring and testing equipment is an advantage

• Careful, independent and quality-conscious working style as well as reliability and ability to work in a team

• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to learn new things
