On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic (a) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Co-responsibility for the maintenance of production facilities as well as their preventive maintenance and repair
- Locating, analysing and rectifying faults within a useful period to reduce production downtime
- Systematic maintenance and repair in a mechanical engineering company with a modern machine park, focusing on mechanical processing on CNC turning centres, CNC milling centres and grinding machines
- Troubleshooting as well as assisting with revisions, conversions and expansions of the machine park
- Coordination and processing of orders in cooperation with external partners and suppliers
Qualifications / Requirements
- Basic training as a polymechanic with a Federal VET Diploma, plant and apparatus builder with a Federal VET Diploma or machine mechanic with a Federal VET Diploma
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of electrical and control technology as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems is an advantage
- Independent, practical working method, high willingness to help and service mentality
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work shifts and on-call duty
