Our restaurant Garden is one of our fine dining restaurants awarded with 6 pans in Gusto, 3 chef hats in the Großer Guide, and 1 toque with distinction in Gault & Millau. Here we serve a contemporary European cuisine, seasonal and freshly cooked from high-quality ingredients based on classic French cuisine. We distinguish ourselves by a high artisanal standard regarding classic preparations as well as meeting the demands of an international audience for fresh and healthy cuisine.

• Implementation of a high-quality service while observing quality standards
• Professional care with a friendly and confident demeanor
• Direct communication with your superiors in case of complaints
• Co-responsible for monitoring cleanliness and standard-compliant presentation in the restaurant as well as in the office area
• Due to split shifts, you actively participate in both lunch and dinner service. You can use the break between service times as you wish, either outside or in our staff canteen

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or comparable qualification
• First experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Attention to detail and communication skills
• Enjoyment in guest care to provide our guests with an unforgettable visit
• Polished manners and a professional appearance
• Fluent German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
