The weekly working time is 42 hours for a 100% position. From 1 January 2027, all employees will uniformly receive 25 days of holiday per year, apprentices receive 30 days. Loyal employees also have the opportunity to receive additional holiday days annually. Where operationally possible, we offer home office.
For professional staff, we follow the guidelines of the Canton of Bern and pay market-appropriate salaries. All employees receive a 13th monthly salary. Depending on the professional group, allowances and remunerations are paid according to the employment contract.
