Residential Broker M/F

The position of Residential Broker M/F involves assisting clients in the sale and purchase of residential real estate primarily in the Canton of Geneva. You will be responsible for the complete management of real estate transactions, ensuring a professional and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

As a Residential Broker M/F, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining a network of contacts in the real estate sector (mainly in the Canton of Geneva);
• Supporting clients through all stages of the sale or purchase of residential properties (apartments and villas);
• Evaluating properties and advising clients on their market value;
• Preparing and implementing sales strategies tailored to clients’ needs;
• Organising and conducting property viewings;
• Negotiating sale or purchase terms with the relevant parties;
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations regarding real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile

As a Residential Broker M/F, you have the following profile:

• A qualification in real estate is an ASSET;
• Previous experience in residential brokerage is MANDATORY;
• Good knowledge of the Geneva real estate market;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of French, fluent English required;
• Ability to work independently and be results-driven.
