Introduction

DermatoClinic SA is a clinic specialising in dermatology, scheduled to open in December 2026 in the centre of Neuchâtel. Ultimately, it will host 3 dermatologists and a surgeon working with a team of medical assistants. This new group practice will primarily develop a medical dermatology offering with a strong surgical component.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients (in-person and telephone reception)
• Organising the clinic: supplying and making available equipment in consultation rooms, treatment rooms and operating theatres.
• Assisting doctors with surgical procedures in the operating theatre.
• Performing delegated acts under the responsibility of doctors: blood draws, injections, phototherapy treatments, post-surgical procedures.
• Managing correspondence by email with patients
• As part of the billing process, managing relations with insurance companies.

 Qualifications 

• Diploma as a medical assistant or nurse.
• Previous experience in a medical practice or clinic.
• Interest in both the medical and administrative aspects of the role.
• Team spirit
• Autonomy, initiative, good interpersonal skills with patients, doctors and other assistants.
• Knowledge of Tardoc billing principles
• Assets: proficiency in Pulse Medica and knowledge of German or English
