The Pool team of CMS Les Peupliers provides 7 days a week replacements day, evening, and night for the 7 CMS of the Fondation Soins Lausanne to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
Being part of CMS Les Peupliers means having the freedom to work according to your availability, without a minimum activity rate or as a secondary activity.

Healthcare Assistants (M/F)
Variable activity rate between 20% and 100%

Your mission
- Provide medical-technical, delegated medical care according to your field of expertise
- Responsibly support clients in charge and substitute for incapacities of dependent persons
- Contribute to health maintenance and disease prevention through an interdisciplinary approach
- Encourage and support clients and their relatives towards maximum autonomy according to their abilities
- Contribute to the smooth running of the team and ensure administrative tasks inherent to the position
- Intervene in unforeseen situations upon request from the CTMG (on-call doctors' telephone centre)
- Ensure proper information transmission among all stakeholders through the client file
Your profile and skills
- As a Healthcare Assistant: CRS 120-hour healthcare assistant certificate or certification deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognised by CRS) - mandatory
- Experience in the medico-social field and strong interest in community health
- Ability to organise autonomously while collaborating in a network and multidisciplinary environment
- Sense of responsibility and professional ethics
- Fluency in French, spoken and written
- Good proficiency with IT tools and mobile telephony
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
