Your tasks
- You will gain in-depth knowledge of the entire spectrum of mental disorders and gather extensive experience in their diagnosis and treatment
- Under senior physician supervision, you will take on therapeutic case management and accompany your patients throughout the entire treatment process
- You will conduct psychiatric assessments, develop individual treatment plans, and implement them within the interprofessional team
- You will work closely with various professional groups and benefit from professional exchange within the multiprofessional team
- You will expand your professional and therapeutic skills through supervision and close guidance by experienced specialists
- You will gain insight and opportunities to participate in teaching and research
- You will increasingly take on responsibility and actively shape your further training
Your profile
- You have completed a medical degree recognised in Switzerland or hold a corresponding licence (MEBEKO recognition)
- You are aiming for further training in psychiatry and psychotherapy or are in basic psychiatric training as part of general practice training or a foreign year
- You are motivated to further develop your professional skills and actively advance your psychiatric training
- Ideally, you bring initial psychiatric or somatic professional experience – more important than experience are your motivation and willingness to learn new things
- You enjoy working interprofessionally, take responsibility, and have a passion for therapeutic work
- You have good German language skills (level B2-C1) in spoken and written form
