Microsoft System Engineer 80-100% (Senior)

As a Senior System Engineer, you lead technical projects in your field – from migrations, modernisations, lifecycle/upgrades and commissioning to operation and lifecycle management. You plan, design, implement Microsoft environments and operate them sustainably. You strengthen our team of competent engineers in the analysis, design, implementation, review and documentation of complex Microsoft environments and also get hands-on yourself. In doing so, you analyse complex faults at 2nd/3rd level including root cause analysis, resolve them sustainably and drive automation and standardisation forward. You document solutions, standards and operational processes and take on on-call duty (approx. every 2 months). In your role as a key figure in the IT services area, you advance topics strategically, with quality and future orientation.

We expect from you

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH or equivalent)
• Willingness for security check / criminal record extract
• Strong service orientation, high independence and personal responsibility
• Experience with ITIL processes (Incident / Problem / Change)
• Several years of experience as a System Engineer in Microsoft environments
• Very good knowledge in the following areas:
• Windows Server / Active Directory
• Citrix know-how (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Gateway / ADC)
• Experience in the area of IAM/PAM
