Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing all shipment and customs-relevant documents
- You organise the timely and correct delivery of goods worldwide
- You manage the scheduling of direct deliveries and handle shipment enquiries
- You prepare shipping documents, delivery notes, commercial invoices and packing lists
- You check freight forwarding and packaging invoices
- You maintain close contact with international customers, customs authorities, freight forwarders and foreign transport companies.
Your Talent
- Vocational training as a freight forwarding clerk or commercial apprenticeship in the forwarding environment
- Solid professional experience in a comparable position
- Experience with export letter of credit processing, air freight/sea freight etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP experience desirable
- Very good language skills in German and English
- Flexible, proactive and team-oriented personality
