- You ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
- You manage the goods on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
- You accept customer orders and handle exchanges with our digital devices (smartphone & service stations)
- You assist and check visual merchandising based on thematic focuses on the sales floor
- You ensure that our customers are presented with a tidy sales area
- Ideally, you have a basic sales training with a federal certificate of competence and have already gained experience in retail, preferably in the sports sector
- Your passion in the fashion & apparel sector is underlined by your professional experience
- You are not only interested in the products but also have the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
- You have a can-do mentality, are open and communicative, and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- You enjoy working hand in hand with a well-coordinated team
