Rethinking school – Your opportunity as Co-Principal
Workload: 80 – 100 % | Start: November 1, 2025, or by agreement
Your main tasks
- You will take on tasks according to your strengths and be responsible for central administrative and organizational areas within the school leadership tasks.
- You will complement the leadership of the primary and secondary levels.
- You will actively shape a forward-looking, innovative school.
- You will promote a learning organization where teamwork, reflection, and further development are a matter of course.
- You will bring in new ideas and set impulses for a school that is oriented towards the needs of today's and tomorrow's children and young people.
- You will take on responsibility in a leadership team that relies on trust, openness, and shared learning.
Your profile
- You have experience in the school sector and have completed a school leadership training or are willing to complete it.
- You bring strong organizational skills, work in a structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented manner.
- You think in a networked way, quickly grasp complex relationships, and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
- You appreciate working in a diverse, urban environment and bring openness to different perspectives.
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and possess team spirit, humor, and flexibility.
- You lead with attitude: participatory, transparent, and development-oriented. You promote personal responsibility, strengthen collaboration, and build trust.
