Senior Test Manager

Your missions 🛠

• Define the test strategy to be applied based on best practices and project specificities
• Document, implement, monitor, and apply all test processes in accordance with the standards defined by the organization
• Develop the test plan, identify dependencies and resources needed to conduct a test phase
• Collaborate with stakeholders (business managers, business analysts, and architects…) to define the requirements coverage matrix
• Prepare and participate in the execution of all test phases (including functional, non-regression, performance tests…)
• Provide support to test teams and coordinate resources for the delivery of test artifacts
• Recommend areas for improvement regarding processes and the overall testing approach
• Write, review, and validate documents related to test cases
• Prepare and set up data sets and test environments
• Coordinate resources during test campaigns (SIT / FAT / UAT)
• Recommend areas for improvement regarding processes and the overall testing approach

Your profile 👀

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in an agile environment
• Dynamic and motivated person who takes initiative
• Proven ability to investigate and analyze problems
• Experience in test automation (BDD, Gherkin, Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, and Java) and backend testing techniques (API and web services) is a major asset
• Experience in Performance Testing is a plus
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in project or test management
• Produce regular reports on test activities, test results, test coverage…
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented
