Your tasks:
- You pamper our guests with fresh and regional dishes
- Preparation of dishes at various stations
- Mise-en-place for daily operations
- Incoming goods inspection
- Daily cleaning tasks including compliance and monitoring of kitchen hygiene
What you bring:
- Completed training as a chef and experience in a similar position
- You enjoy cooking regionally and with fresh products
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
- Independence and responsible work
- Maintain overview in stressful situations
- Resilience, team player, and quick comprehension
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Graubünden mountains
