What you bring with you
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH or equivalent, recognized training
- Completed further training in management (NDS) is an advantage
- Several years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector (acute and/or long-term care)
- In-depth knowledge and strong affinity for gerontology, project and process management, quality and risk management as well as corporate management
- Strong social skills, clear communication and an integrative, appreciative leadership style as well as great motivation to be close to the action and the employees
- Team spirit at all levels
- Enjoyment of challenges
