WHEN & WHERE YOU’LL WORK:
Hybrid: This role will be a mix of in-office work at our Saint-Sulpice office and remote work.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Sr. Mobile Developer will be accountable for designing and developing software applications. This role works independently to identify software improvements and contribute to the overall testing and validation of software products.

- Contribute to organization and facilitation of scrum ceremonies including standup, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospective, demos.
- Code subparts of our Mobile Apps software.
- Create, maintain, and review software Architecture, Design specifications, interface descriptions, and other software documentation.
- Test and improve the software system in order to improve performance and reliability.
- Handle complex bug fixes and projects.
- Manage software subprojects.
- Partner closely with other team members to successfully bring prototypes in clinical study.
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA and other regulatory, legal, and safety requirements.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin.
- Familiar with core frameworks such as Core Data or SwiftUI for iOS or Combine and Jetpack Compose for Android.
- Proven experience with BLE is essential.
- Understand Change Control, Design Control, and Software Development Life Cycle management in the context of iOS or Android app development.
- Good knowledge of automated testing and Static code analysis frameworks and tools for iOS or Android development is essential.
- Good Knowledge in CI/CD and automation.
- Good knowledge and experience with formal medical device software lifecycle is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French (preferred).
EXTRA AWESOME:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer sciences or related field or equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
- 5 plus years’ experience in the field of mobile software development.
- Experience in development for medical devices or a related area is a plus.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 62366, ISO 62304 and guidance on Cybersecurity and Data Protection is a plus.
