Our five-member team is responsible for the individual advice and support of affluent private clients in the high-growth region of Dübendorf. We promote an inspiring and appreciative collaboration with internal and external contacts. Together with the Volketswil and Fehraltorf branches, we form a branch group in the Oberland-Pfannenstiel market area.

Your Tasks
- Support and develop existing affluent private clients
- Acquire new clients in the catchment area
- Explore customer needs including individual wishes, goals, and life situations – if necessary in collaboration with internal specialists
- Sell standardised products and services in the areas of investments, real estate financing, pension provision, and payment transactions
- Handle all front-office administrative tasks
- Realise long-term trust building and asset preservation during generational change
- Undertake demanding representation tasks in the spirit of "the close bank" and participate in customer events
- Opportunity to take on training activities or a specialist role in financing, investing, or pension provision
Your Profile
- Completed banking qualification or equivalent training
- Further education e.g. HFBF / FA Financial Planner / Bachelor in Banking & Finance
- Several years of experience in personal customer support
- Team player with willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ambitious team growth targets
- Affinity for and enjoyment in using digital technologies in the advisory process
- You score with your trustworthy, communicative, and empathetic manner
- Your strong acquisition personality with a pronounced sales flair rounds off your profile
