For assignments in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for a competent specialist.
Your main tasks are:
- Leading and organizing construction sites in the area of new and renovation on-site
- Implementing work preparation according to specifications
- Leading and motivating assigned employees
- Ensuring a qualitatively flawless, timely, and economical execution
- Coordinating the deployment of personnel, machines, and materials
- Monitoring work safety and compliance with regulations
- Controlling the executed work regarding quality, measurement, and time
- Supporting site logistics and reporting
- Close collaboration with construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Contributing to efficient workflows - solution-oriented, team-oriented, and practical
You should bring:
- Completed training as a foreman or equivalent further education in the construction industry
- Solid construction technical knowledge as well as good organizational skills
- Several years of practical experience in leading construction sites, ideally in new and renovation
- Independent, responsible, and goal-oriented working style
- Ability for clear communication and leadership of site teams
- High quality and safety awareness
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally with BauBit
- Willingness for personal development and taking on responsibility
- Open-minded, team-oriented demeanor with assertiveness and commitment
