A site manager (80-100%)
What you will drive forward
- Management of the sites and leadership of the staff under your responsibility
- Supervision of the pace of qualitative and quantitative processing of files
- Regular evaluation of customer services and implementation of improvement measures
- Planning of personnel needs
- Budget responsibility
- Coordination and maintenance of regular contacts as well as collaboration with various authorities and with the Unia union
What you bring
- Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training, diploma or higher education (HES, Uni) is a plus
- Training in management and proven experience of at least 3 years in leading a large team
- Strong interest in unemployment insurance as well as social insurances
- Perfect command of the French language, comfortable with common IT tools. Knowledge of a second national language is a plus
- Possess very good listening and communication skills, good emotional control
- Have good stress resistance and proven analytical and synthesis skills
- Taste for public service and high social sensitivity in connection with our activities and values
Main location of the position: Sion - Place du Midi 21 with regular travel to other payment offices
