• Ensure weekly campaigns and a positive attitude towards sales among employees.
• Lead and coach your sales team

WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

• Experience in leading and motivating a team, preferably in retail or hospitality
• Stimulating and communicative personality with a sales orientation
• You feel comfortable in a dynamic and constantly changing work environment
• You enjoy physical work, have a practical mindset, and lead by example.
• You are willing to take joint responsibility for your branch and its results
• You have the ability to remain calm and focused even in stressful situations
• You are flexible and willing to work on Saturdays as well
