Job Description
- You handle inquiries for individual and group reservations (by phone, email, or in person on site)
- You take care of room sales and align yourself with the yield strategy and company guidelines
- You create contracts for individual reservations and organize hotel tours or support sales talks
- If necessary, you take care of guests during their stay and ensure they feel completely comfortable
- You maintain guest files and respond to guest inquiries or concerns by email
- You perform various administrative tasks, such as creating in-house guest communication
- If needed, you actively work in the front office team and/or support the team during breaks
- You support and represent group reservations (over 9 rooms)
Qualifications
- You have completed training in hotel management and have already proven your skills in a similar position
- You master professional communication in German and English
- Guest contact is your passion and you enjoy dealing with international guests
- Ideally, you already have experience with the hotel software Mews, Opera, and Tars
