Main tasks:
– Leading the workshop team (10 people)
- Assigning and coordinating orders
- Supporting customer service with technical concerns, including customer contact
- Creating diagnoses
- Preparing technical enquiries
- Handling and solving technical problems
- Assisting with repair and service work
- If interested, assisting with breakdown service
Requirements:
– Completed apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist
– Independent, reliable and precise working method
- Desire to develop further
– Resilient and a team player
- No age limit
