To strengthen their Real Estate Transaction Team in our "Buildings" Division, Jelena Radovic is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Land Acquisition & Development Potential (m/f/d), 50-100%.
With your instinct for opportunities, your network and your entrepreneurial thinking, you identify attractive development sites and land for Implenia’s future projects. Your future workplace is Opfikon, and your market area primarily covers Aargau as well as Northwestern Switzerland and the Zurich region.
Your responsibilities
- You actively identify and acquire land, sites and development potentials with a focus on the canton of Aargau as well as additionally in Northwestern Switzerland and the Zurich region
- You proactively approach landowners, farmers and municipalities and build long-term relationships with relevant market participants
- You maintain and expand your personal network with municipal authorities, real estate agents, architectural firms, notaries, trustees and other decision-makers
- You assess potential acquisition objects in an initial evaluation and recognise early opportunities for real estate and site developments
- You hand over qualified opportunities to the transaction team and support, if necessary, the preparation of acquisition cases together with internal and external specialists
Why you will succeed
- You have a commercial education or come from the planning sector and bring at least three years of experience in the real estate industry
- You think in networks, recognise development potentials early and have a strong understanding of economic contexts in the real estate market
- With your communicative and engaging manner, you succeed in building sustainable relationships with landowners, municipalities and other market participants
- Ideally, you have additional knowledge in the areas of real estate valuation, real estate transactions, real estate management, spatial planning or permitting
- You communicate fluently in German, have good English skills and ideally already bring a network in Aargau
