Responsibilities

In this role, you advise and support companies and private individuals on commercial law issues. You manage mandates independently, think entrepreneurially, and contribute with a service-oriented and committed working style to creating sustainable added value for our clients.

Your main areas of activity include in particular:

Execution of M&A transactions, including contract negotiations, coordination, and legal due diligence
Corporate housekeeping for companies and corporate groups
Clarification of complex legal issues, especially in the field of corporate law
Drafting and reviewing contracts between shareholders, especially shareholder agreements
Advising start-ups, investors from foundation to exit
Advising SMEs on succession planning and restructuring

Qualifications

Good academic record and Swiss bar admission
Professional experience in a commercial law firm or a comparable position
Very good German and good English skills
Interest in economic contexts as well as corporate law and M&A-related issues
Understanding of corporate law and economic contexts in the entrepreneurial environment
Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style
Professional demeanour and enjoyment of direct contact with clients
