Foreperson Cleaning & Technical Maintenance (100%)

For our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a reliable, independent, and proactive individual to lead the cleaning team and coordinate the technical maintenance in production.

Your main tasks:

• Team leadership & organisation: You take on the professional leadership and coordination of the cleaning team and train new employees.

• Quality & safety: You plan, control, and document the cleaning work and ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality, and occupational safety requirements.

• Material management: You organise the procurement and provision of cleaning agents and consumables.

• Technical maintenance: You coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service appointments for machines, systems, and operational equipment.

• Fault & ticket management: You track technical faults, repair orders, and IT tickets (e.g. printers) and keep the current status fully documented.

• Process optimisation: You anticipate recurring technical problems and propose effective improvement measures.

• Experience: Proven experience in coordinating cleaning, maintenance, and servicing.

• Leadership & organisational talent: You have skill in dealing with people, keep an overview even with several parallel tasks, and work in a structured manner.

• Safety awareness: High sense of responsibility regarding hygiene, quality, and occupational safety standards.

• IT skills: Good IT knowledge for ticket recording and documentation.

• Languages: Fluent German in spoken and written form.
