Caretaker 100% in Winterthur and Schaffhausen- You look after and manage the properties and facilities assigned to you
- You carry out inspection and condition rounds and report defects and damages
- You process fault reports, tickets and user enquiries
- You coordinate and supervise maintenance, cleaning and repair work
- You carry out minor repairs and resolve simple technical faults
- You ensure the safety, order and operational readiness of the buildings and facilities and provide on-call service
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship in a craft-related field
- You have technical understanding as well as manual skills
- You have good German language skills, both spoken and written
- You are confident in using common IT tools and digital work equipment
- You work independently, reliably and service-oriented
- You hold a category B driving licence and are willing to take on on-call duties
