The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopaedics, surgery and urology. With us, you will find a meaningful role in a family-like environment where people are at the centre.

Your main tasks

Washing and preparing fresh food

Assisting in the cold kitchen and patisserie (preparing various salads, sandwiches, dressings)

Assisting in the dishwashing area (cleaning kitchen utensils, as well as kitchen cleaning according to the cleaning schedule)

The shifts have the following times: split shift from 07:00 to 12:15 and from 15:30 to 18:15. The shifts are distributed across shifts from Monday to Sunday.

Your profile

You enjoy a creative and health-conscious kitchen and, together with the team, are responsible for the catering of about 120 patients and guests daily as well as 150 - 200 employees. You support the kitchen team with preparation work, kitchen cleaning, and the preparation of various cold and sweet dishes.

Furthermore, you enjoy working with fresh food, like working in a team and find it great to work in an organised and structured working environment? You bring experience in handling food? If you feel addressed, this position could be for you.
