<div>In this versatile role, you support management both organizationally and operationally and ensure that internal processes function efficiently and in a structured manner.</div><div><br></div><div>Your tasks include, among others:</div><ul><li>Supporting management in daily operations as well as in organizational and strategic matters</li><li>Planning, coordinating, and organizing appointments, meetings, and projects</li><li>Independently handling administrative and organizational tasks</li><li>Creating and processing offers, evaluations, presentations, and reports</li><li>Preparing decision-making bases for management</li><li>Supporting accounts receivable and controlling daily closings</li><li>Administrative support in various company areas</li><li>Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners</li><li>Supporting the organization and preparation of events and projects</li><li>Contributing to the optimization of processes and quality standards</li><li>Supporting operational activities if needed, for example at the cash register or in guest services</li></ul><p>This position offers you insight into many areas of the company and a varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility.</p>
