What is my role?

• You are the central leader who inspires the production team daily and motivates them to achieve top performance

• You are able to quickly and accurately assess complex situations to make well-founded decisions that ensure the smooth running of production

• Your strong sense of priorities enables you to act calmly and purposefully even in challenging moments

• As a communicative interface, you ensure that relevant information is passed on promptly and clearly to all involved parties - whether to your team, management, or other departments

• Through your persuasive manner, you win people over to common goals and manage to bring together different perspectives into a productive whole

• Your high level of commitment and dedication are noticeable and contagious to your environment

• You pitch in when it matters and are ready to take responsibility - even in demanding situations

• You always keep an overview of the production processes and ensure that quality standards are met and deadlines reliably fulfilled

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in carpentry or a comparable technical qualification

• Several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing, ideally in the field of wood processing or carpentry

• Proven experience in leading production teams or in a comparable management role

• Sound knowledge of production planning and control as well as quality management

• Confident handling of common ERP systems and MS Office applications

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees

• High decisiveness and the ability to set clear priorities even under time pressure

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with various stakeholders

• Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style with a pronounced quality awareness

• High commitment, flexibility, and willingness to take responsibility

• Team spirit and the ability to bring together different perspectives towards a common goal

• Enthusiasm for production processes and continuous improvement
