Key Account Manager 100% (w/f/d)
Your mission:
The Key Account Manager significantly contributes to the company's success. In this role, you benefit from a large margin of maneuver, strong autonomy, and work in a stimulating and dynamic environment offering great potential for success.
Our expectations for this mission:
- Regular visits to each client in the portfolio to meet a business objective.
- Responding to customer needs (product selection, order transmission method, delivery, and invoicing) in compliance with the company's commercial policy.
- Supporting new clients during the startup phase.
- Planning, coordinating, and implementing any action aimed at optimizing the turnover of clients and their subsidiaries.
- Customer orientation in all circumstances.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting presentations or training.
- Participation in any event if necessary.
- Performing any other tasks if needed.
Your strengths and skills:
- Completed basic commercial training and additional training as a sales or marketing specialist is an asset.
- Proven experience in sales and acquisition (preferably in a commercial company).
- Excellent command of German; English is an asset.
- Affinity for various IT tools and MS Office, very good knowledge of Excel.
- Enjoyment of direct contact with customers and a strong sense of initiative.
- Negotiation talent, success and goal orientation.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driving license.
