Your main tasks include:
- systematic recording of contaminant occurrences (asbestos, PCB/CP, PAHs, PFAS etc.) in industrial, residential and public properties by sampling the affected building materials
- preparation of comprehensive reports with proposals for the remediation of the property
- support in the planning and implementation of building contaminant remediation
- conducting measurements to prove successful remediation
You bring with you:
- a completed scientific or construction-specific degree or a comparable education with knowledge of construction
- initial experience or knowledge in the field of building contaminants
- project management experience, assertiveness and high resilience
- an independent as well as team-oriented working style
- very good German skills (French skills are an advantage)
- proficient use of MS Office including Copilot
- an open-minded, flexible and humorous personality
