About the job
To complete its educational team, the Barbotine nursery is looking for a 100% ES educator for the Big group (30 months to school entry).
Start date: 1st February 2027
Your mission:
- Ensure a welcoming environment favourable to the flourishing and development of each child, emotionally, cognitively, socially, culturally while ensuring their health
- Ensure the optimal functioning of the facility by providing a quality socio-educational service
- Maintain an internal working atmosphere conducive to the smooth running of the facility
- Manage relations with parents
- Collaborate with the educational team
- Actively participate and invest in the institution's projects
- Respect the facility's operations
- Support the child in their development by conducting individual follow-ups (meetings with families, writing reports)
Your profile:
- Holder of an ES level diploma or equivalent recognised by SEFRI
- Experience in early childhood care
- Complete autonomy and a collaborative spirit
- Good listening and observation skills
- Adaptability, availability and flexibility
- Having FEE/FPP training is an advantage
