Tasks

As a medical specialist office with a team of 10 doctors and 8 MPAs, Medical Services is responsible for the regular medical examinations of the crews and for health-related questions connected to the workplace. Additionally, we operate a public vaccination centre and an outpatient clinic.

• Handling email and telephone enquiries as well as general correspondence
• Coordination of passenger enquiries for medical flights and patient transports
• Appointment scheduling, agenda planning and consultation coordination
• Reception and care of our patients
• Organisation and preparation of daily practice operations
• Invoicing and administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with the medical team and other internal and external contacts

Additionally for MPA training:

• Blood sampling and laboratory analyses
• Performing ECGs, spirometry, vision and hearing tests
• Assistance with medical examinations and check-ups
• Other medical-technical activities

Requirements

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) with several years of professional experience
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; good French skills are an advantage
• Experience with the practice software CuraMED is desirable
• Very good IT user skills and confident handling of digital work tools
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Independent, proactive and structured working style, combined with high resilience and flexibility
• Enthusiasm for the diverse field of work within an airline and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, international environment
