Residential Area Manager Nursing (80-100 %)

Your Tasks

• Leadership and support of an interprofessional nursing team
• Ensuring high-quality and individual care and support
• Organisation and coordination of daily operations within the residential area
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning and demand-oriented resource management
• Support and promotion of employees in their professional and personal development
• Conducting employee interviews and involvement in personnel matters
• Ensuring and further developing care quality
• Implementation of internal standards, guidelines and quality requirements
• Promoting constructive collaboration within the team as well as with other specialist departments
• Accompanying change processes and participating in projects to further develop the area

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH or health professional
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in long-term care
• Initial leadership experience and enjoyment in leading and developing employees
• Good organisational skills and a structured way of working
• Sense of responsibility, initiative and assertiveness
• Strong social skills and appreciative communication
• Enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Confident handling of common digital work tools
