About the job

• Strategically, personnel-wise, professionally and financially lead and further develop the Innovation Field Health Care and Personnel Development of applied research and development in nursing
• Ensure, position and further develop high-quality research at the interface of health care and personnel development
• Successfully acquire, lead and implement research projects on the topics of role and competence development, skill-grade mix as well as new care models and sustainable personnel development in nursing

• Completed Master’s degree in nursing or health sciences with a doctorate or in the advanced qualification process towards a PhD
• Proven expertise in the topics of competence and role development, skill-grade mix, sustainable personnel development as well as innovative care models in nursing
• Clinical professional experience and several years of research experience, especially in the acquisition of third-party funding and the management of research projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high social competence, personal responsibility and team orientation

The position is also suitable for filling in a co-leadership model (job sharing).
