Intervention and Patrol Services Coordinator

EGS Sécurité SA, active in French-speaking Switzerland, is advertising the following position :

Intervention and Patrol Services Coordinator

Your main tasks:

• Coordinate and supervise intervention and patrol activities across various sectors;
• Organise schedules and mission coverage, ensuring continuity of service;
• Ensure operational follow-up and quality of services, both day and night;
• Support teams daily and provide their supervision and operational training;
• Manage client requests and complaints and implement necessary corrective actions;
• Actively participate in field operations.

Your profile:

• Experience as a security officer;
• Excellent organisational skills and priority management;
• Fluent in French (written and spoken);
• Comfortable with office tools (MS Office);
• Strong sense of responsibility, rigour and reliability;
• Stress resistance and calm in all circumstances;
• Teamwork spirit and respect for hierarchy;
• Willingness to learn and continuous improvement;
• Available 24/7.

Working conditions:

• Permanent employment contract
• Full-time position
• Employment conditions according to the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) of the private security sector
• Parking space provided
