Welcome to the focacceria

Since 2005, focacceria has been at the heart of St.Gallen’s gastronomy.

What began back then is today much more than a restaurant: focacceria also includes the Klosterbistro – by focacceria, our festival and event kitchen, as well as our catering Festlaune.

Head of Service (m/f/d)

You are not just the person who organises the service.

You are host, leader, organisational talent and role model all at once.

You ensure that a restaurant visit becomes an experience and that individual employees become a team that works together.

You recognise where the fire is burning before anyone looks for the fire extinguisher.

You motivate, coach and support your team. You keep an overview even when the restaurant is full. And you manage to make our guests feel welcome – from the first "Grüezi" to the last espresso.

What to expect with us

You start with our Welcome Day and are thoroughly trained by an experienced team. Internal sales and script training support you and your team in becoming even more confident and stronger in service.

Regular meetings and direct exchange with your superiors help you with organisation, leadership and duty planning.

You have learned the craft of service and already gained experience in gastronomy.
