Project Manager: Goods Flow Control

Tasks

Management and further development of projects in the area of goods flow, logistics and supply chain management
Analysis of existing processes, development of optimisation measures as well as support for change initiatives
Establishment and further development of SCM controlling to analyse relevant key figures and identify optimisation potential
Preparation of analyses and decision-making bases to support operational and strategic management
Central contact person and first-level support for general questions in the Jumbo goods flow control environment
Coordination of special transports as well as taking on logistical special tasks
Close cooperation with the Logistics Directorate, Category Management and other relevant internal interfaces

Completed studies in business administration, marketing, supply chain management or logistics (university/fachhochschule) or a commercial basic education with corresponding further training
Professional experience in category management or retail, ideally related to supply chain management, logistics, controlling and/or project management
Analytical, structured and proactive personality with a high process understanding
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
Assertiveness, quick comprehension and an independent, implementation-oriented working style
High enthusiasm for logistical, business management and interconnected issues
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
