HR Operations & Payroll Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• comprehensive administrative support for employees throughout their entire time in the company - reliable, structured and with a strong service mindset

• ensuring a smooth HR operations process as well as expert advice to employees and managers via the HR Service Desk on all topics related to personnel, salary and social security

• preparation, processing and follow-up of the monthly payroll

• active participation in account reconciliations, audits and year-end activities

• use of Abacus and other digital HR tools, with an interest in actively driving their optimisation and processes

• meaningful BI analyses, which you continuously maintain and update with the most important HR key figures

What do I need to be successful?

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, combined with further training as an HR specialist or social security specialist with a federal diploma - ideally you also have a specialisation in payroll

• several years of professional experience in HR operations and payroll accounting as well as sound knowledge of Swiss payroll administration and social security

• a strong IT affinity, a solid understanding of processes and enthusiasm for digital HR solutions

• practical user knowledge of Abacus, which is a great advantage for this position

• an independent, service-oriented and precise way of working as well as a strong numerical understanding and the ability to recognise connections

• very good German skills as well as business fluent English skills in spoken and written form
