Senior Payroll & Time Specialist / Co-Lead Payroll & Time (m/f/d) 50%
- Responsible for payroll: You ensure the timely preparation, calculation, and payment of salaries for Wander AG Switzerland as well as Wander GmbH in Germany and record all mutations (salary data, allowances, deductions).
- Interfaces: You are responsible for the professional coordination with relevant interfaces such as time tracking, pension fund administration, and financial accounting.
- Social insurance billing: You prepare, check, and monitor the billing with AHV, ALV, EO, SUVA, FAK, and withholding tax.
- Contact person for employees: You are the first point of contact for questions about salary, social insurance, and answer them competently and understandably.
- Planning & evaluations: You prepare salary data for budgets, forecast calculations, and salary rounds and create salary statements.
- Statistics & reports: You create personnel and salary data statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Time management: You are responsible for the time management system. You have the opportunity to introduce a new time system.
- Professional basis: You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as an HR specialist or social insurance specialist.
- Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in a comparable position and have sound knowledge of labor law and pension issues.
- IT affinity: You have very good Excel skills and ideally experience with Abacus.
- Language skills: You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills.
- Working style & personality: You work precisely, reliably, and service-oriented, handle sensitive data discreetly, and communicate clearly and openly.
