What is my role?

You will become a true benefits professional in occupational pension provision! Our client focuses entirely on the 2nd pillar, and you are right in the middle when it comes to pensions, disability, and death benefits.

Your daily routine is varied and challenging:

• You handle all benefit cases from A to Z - from simple retirement to complex situations

• Analysing medical reports? No problem for you. You keep an overview and make well-founded decisions

• Reviewing preliminary decisions of the IV, determining benefits, and calculating overcompensations are part of your daily work

• You are the contact person for pension recipients and external bodies, whether by phone, email, or in person

• You work hand in hand with the finance department to ensure pension payments run smoothly and the annual accounts are accurate

What do I need to be successful?

You bring a commercial education or something comparable, the main thing is that you have the right foundation.

• You are a specialist in benefits in occupational pension provision or have already gained several years of experience with benefit cases in social insurance

• Customer orientation is not just a phrase for you, but lived practice

• You are a team player who shows initiative and can be relied upon
