HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER*IN 60 - 100%

To support our existing team, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and passionate person to start immediately or by arrangement:

Take an old spinning mill and sawmill, add a lot of passion, and transform it into a place where culinary arts and hospitality are celebrated. Our vision: experience, enjoyment, and spinning mills in an inspiring environment with history by the beautiful Walensee – all styled in an incredibly industrial-urban way!

Several years of professional experience in housekeeping, ideally with leadership experience

Organizational talent, assertiveness, and a high level of responsibility

Very good knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards

Resilience, flexibility, and a high degree of service orientation

Good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage

Confident handling of MS Office and possibly hotel software (ideally MEWS and Like Magic)

Leadership, training, and motivation of the housekeeping team

Ensuring cleanliness and order in guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and event rooms

Creating duty rosters considering occupancy rates and budget guidelines

Quality control through regular room and area inspections

Ordering and managing cleaning materials and laundry

Close cooperation with the reception

Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety standards according to legal requirements

Monitoring and adherence to the budget (personnel and material costs)
