TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - on site
- Development and implementation of digitalisation projects in facility management
- Establishment and further development of reporting solutions and key performance indicator systems with Excel and PowerBI
- Analysis and structuring of existing FM processes and identification of optimisation potentials
- Definition, documentation and standardisation of processes, work instructions and roles
- Creation of a uniform documentation structure and organisation of technical dossiers and operational documentation including ensuring their traceability
- Ensuring data quality and consistency
- Support in strategic FM planning and budget compilation
- Technical basic training with a commercial flair
- Interest in processes, energy, building services, digitalisation
- Experience in technical FM environments (industry, production or complex building portfolios)
- Experience in process optimisation, modelling and digitalisation
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot, data analyses) as well as Power BI, confident handling of MS365
- Structured and analytical working style as well as solution-oriented thinking
Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, very good French skills; English and Italian skills are an advantage.
