- Strong quality awareness and culinary expertise.
- Fluent in German, Swiss German is a plus.

You have completed training as a cook and have several years of professional experience in the gastronomy sector. You have a strong sense of quality awareness.
You are enthusiastic about upscale gastronomy and bring high professional competence. Experience in seasonal hotel management is an advantage.
You work independently and responsibly. As a leader, you are creative, flexible, confident, and a team player.
Your tasks:
- Leading and coordinating the kitchen team (5 employees)
- Menu planning
- Calculation of price-performance management
- Placing orders and controlling goods
- Managing a station
- Breakfast, half-board, and à la carte kitchen
- Responsibility for hygiene regulations
Start: May 2026
Off-season April/May and November/December each 5-6 weeks
You speak perfect German (Swiss German is an advantage) and have experience in Swiss gastronomy.
You are between 25 and 50 years old.
You can expect a family-run hotel/restaurant in the canton of Graubünden.
