Your area of responsibility

👐 Heartfelt care: You actively support basic care and the loving attention of our residents.
🎨 Variety in daily life: You bring joy to the day and participate in varied daily activities.
🧺 Order & freshness: You pitch in and take on general household tasks as well as laundry duties in the ward.
🌻 Feeling at home: With your open manner and eye for detail, you actively help create a homely and pleasant atmosphere in the ward.

What you bring with you

🎓 Your toolkit: You have successfully completed the SRK care assistant course.
🕰️ Flexibility: You are open to irregular working hours and occasionally take shifts in the evening or at weekends.
🧘 Rock in the surf: You possess high social competence and remain calm and composed even in demanding situations.
💪 Drive: A responsible, reliable and committed way of working is absolutely natural to you.
❤️ Passion: You bring deep understanding, genuine commitment and sincere affection for care-dependent elderly people.
💻 IT basics: You have basic PC user skills.
🗣️ Communication: You understand Swiss German without difficulty and can communicate well in German.
