We offer at our ZURICH location an apprenticeship as Commercial Clerk EFZ - D&A Sector Zurich starting in 2027.

YOUR TASKS

• Your training is based on the current commercial vocational education standards and offers a modern, practice-oriented learning environment with rotations in these departments:
• Human Resources
• Data & Analytics
• Donor & Customer Service
• Finance
• Marketing & Communication
• International Programmes

You will gain insight into the various departments and actively work in different areas, including with teams abroad. You will take on varied tasks, acquire sound commercial knowledge, and gain insight into international development cooperation. Optionally, you can attend the commercial vocational school alongside your apprenticeship with integrated vocational baccalaureate (BM1). In the 3rd year of apprenticeship, the 2023 commercial reform offers different specialisations – Helvetas offers the Finance and Technology options as a company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• For this apprenticeship, you bring a good Sek A certificate or a very good Sek B certificate.
• You are motivated, open, and reliable and enjoy working both in a team and independently.
• You are interested in foreign languages and cultures and enjoy communicating in English and/or French.
• You are interested in commercial processes, enjoy working with digital tools, and take on tasks reliably and carefully.
• Additionally, you have an interest in international development cooperation and would like to work in an international and multicultural environment.
