We are looking for a leader with expertise and passion who actively shapes the daily kitchen routine.

You keep an overview even with multiple tasks at the same time, stay close to the team and in direct contact with our guests. You take overall responsibility for our buffet, the heart of our operation. You motivate and further develop your team while maintaining close communication with the on-site management team. We pursue common goals without forgetting that joy of life and satisfaction in everyday work are just as important.

Your tasks:

• Planning, leading, coaching and training of approximately 7 assistant chefs/chefs
• Shaping, consolidating and implementing workflows and processes
• Responsible for the entire production process & inventory management
• Active work at all stations
• Implementation of the specified production basics & co-responsibility for occupational safety in production
• Compliance with goods and personnel cost targets as well as creditor control
• Implementation of hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Responsibility for and conducting the monthly inventory

Your profile:

• Completed EFZ cook or equivalent training, higher professional examination in the areas of kitchen, F&B, nutrition and health
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience
• Further training in leadership and several years of experience in a managerial role
• High personal responsibility and assertiveness
• German language skills at C1 level (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) as well as common payroll and time recording systems, ordering software
